• Account acknowledgements needed to operate the service, such as your confirmation that you meet the 18+ / age-of-majority eligibility requirement and when it was recorded. We do not collect your birth date.
• Usage analytics, such as how the platform is used and basic device and browser information.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for sign-in, security, and analytics.

Authentication providers

Handicap Hero lets you sign in through third-party authentication providers. When you do, we receive basic account details needed to create and secure your account. Those providers handle your credentials under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate Handicap Hero — running contests, grading cards, and maintaining leaderboards, profiles, and achievements.
• Authenticate you and keep your account and the platform secure.
• Improve the product, fix problems, and understand how features are used.
• Communicate with you about your account, contests, or support requests.

We do not sell your personal information

SNG LABS LLC does not sell your personal information. We use it to operate and improve Handicap Hero, and we share it only with service providers that help us run the platform, or where required by law.

Your choices and visibility

Some Handicap Hero information is public by design — your handle, profile, and performance statistics help power leaderboards and competition. Where the platform offers controls over profile visibility or settings, you can manage them from your account. You can also stop using the platform at any time.
