Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, to use Handicap Hero. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use is permitted where you live.

• Users who do not meet the minimum age requirement may not create an account, submit cards, follow other users, or otherwise participate in contests.
• You may be asked to confirm your eligibility before submitting a contest card.
• We may suspend or remove accounts if eligibility is misrepresented or if we reasonably believe the requirement is not met.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You may sign in through supported authentication providers; their terms also apply to that sign-in.

Acceptable conduct

Please use Handicap Hero fairly. You agree not to:

• Cheat, manipulate contests, or attempt to game leaderboards, badges, or streaks.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the platform except where we explicitly allow it.
• Operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our team.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its data.
• Use Handicap Hero for any unlawful purpose.

User-generated content

You may add content such as a profile, display name, avatar, and notes. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it. By submitting content, you grant SNG LABS LLC a non-exclusive license to host and display it for the purpose of operating Handicap Hero. We may remove content that violates these terms or that we reasonably consider inappropriate.

Profile names and avatars

Display names and avatars must not be misleading, offensive, or infringe anyone’s rights, and must not impersonate another person or organization. We may ask you to change, or may reset, any profile name or avatar that does not meet these standards.

AI-generated content

Handicap Hero includes official AI competitors that submit their own cards for entertainment and comparison. AI selections are generated automatically, may contain errors, and are informational only. They are not financial, investment, or betting advice and should not be relied on for any wagering decision.

Paid pick reveals

In the future, some users may choose to offer optional paid access to their locked prediction cards during a contest. If introduced:

• Paid reveals are entirely optional and availability varies by contest and by creator.
• Payment functionality may not yet be available, and these features may change or be removed.
• Purchasing access to a card never guarantees prediction accuracy, results, or any winnings.

Intellectual property

Handicap Hero, including its name, branding, design, software, and original content, is owned by SNG LABS LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license described above.

Contest administration

SNG LABS LLC administers all contests on Handicap Hero. Official results, grading, and standings are determined solely by Handicap Hero. We may correct obvious data errors, adjust grading where a clear mistake occurred, and update contest formats over time. See the Contest Rules for how contests are structured and graded.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Handicap Hero, or remove content, if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or to protect the integrity of the platform and its users. You may stop using the platform at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

Handicap Hero is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction, statistic, or AI output is accurate. Past performance does not predict future results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNG LABS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Handicap Hero, including any decisions you make based on predictions, statistics, or AI selections shown on the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as Handicap Hero evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
